New! Oct. 2, 2022: Our show is almost here – and I have been emailing and calling to touch bases with the Vendors I have not yet heard from. We have a waiting list of vendors, and I will be giving any unclaimed spots to those in the waiting list as the show approaches – so if you have not gotten in contact with us yet – do not wait!!!
* September 23, 2022: I have called and left messages to all vendors that we haven’t heard back from yet – PLEASE check your spam and trash folders for your contracts.
Better yet – do a search for “sacramentomineralsociety.org” and that should find every email we have sent – regardless of what folder your email provider sorted it to.
* July 2022 Update: Contracts have been emailed out.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the money from the vendors spent?
What comes in from vendors goes to renting the facility to hold the show, and the other remaining monies are spent on advertising the show. We typically spend an additional couple of thousand dollars out-of-pocket on advertising costs on top of that, to do our best to ensure high visibility and to reach the widest audience that we can.
We try to keep our tables affordable and work hard to please and work with our vendors. Without YOU none of this would be possible!
What kinds of advertising campaigns do you run?
We have a wide targeted audience and we maintain an extremely robust and extensive online and print marketing campaign that is constantly being added to and developed.
We have been doing Facebook advertising campaigns with great success for the last 7 shows as well as other online campaigns. We work to get live TV coverage from local news channels (you can view the past video clips on our Media Page), as well as PSAs on KDVS, and Capital Public Radio/National Public Radio stations.
We will also as we have in years past advertise the show on various digital billboards over the highest trafficed freeways for driving local traffic to our event.
This one was located in Elk Grove at the Auto Park Mall on
Interstate 99 for an entire month prior to our show!
